Why wouldn't we work to create a workplace that people love, that they develop within, that they want to contribute to because they actually WANT to? A huge part of a positive workplace culture is learning how to get results and become successful. And, while doing those high value things, to also build a nature and a way of working that allows for people to contribute, nurture development, feel supported with healthy accountability and more. We all must become more intentional about the how, what and why within our culture. We can attract and retain great individuals that do much more than "show up for work." We can create places where people feel proud of the place they contribute to and also, feel proud of themselves while doing so.
